Focus, Calibration, and Engineering

Quick question, here. If an engineered item is being produced between events, would the recipient need to use a focus to be calibrated to it for the same event for which it is built?

Bump

Producing an item and calibrating it in the same BGS cycle requires someone (not necessarily the recipient!) to use Coordination to make that happen.

If a coordinate (or focus) is already being used to be able to calibrate an engineered item, does that also cover any coordination needed to produce the item (i.e. multiple engineers producing component parts), or is a second coordinate or focus needed for the production?

You can coordinate the whole chain of events, from production to calibration, with one focus (or coordinate).

Updating for a more specific case: If you’re the engineer building the item, you can calibrate it yourself without any coordination.
