With the end of the occupation, is it easier to arrange to ship supplies to, say, Zlota, or is that mostly still cut off by the Tiyagan ships at Aether?

I’ll make a generalized BGS impact post later today, but the short answer is yes. There are now ships traveling back and forth between Kithira and Port Katherine again. Shipping is still hazardous and won’t be at pre-war levels.
