Winter 1719- Call for Public Works Maintenance

Update: All set

Good evening fellow citizens of Port Katherine,

The Town Council is seeking individuals to work on maintaining the public works between Souls and Remembrance for the rate of 10 ducats. I will update this posting as various individuals volunteer in writing below or reach out to individual councilors to claim a public work so that the public works needing a person are evident.

10 ducats will be paid for your labor

  • Sewers: Lily Ferris
  • Well: Sibella Fairfax Egerton
  • Fire Station: Edric Zale
  • Customs House: Livewell Lureen
  • Hospital Improvements: Bertrand Steinmann
  • Post Office: Melope Alizé
  • Bank Vault: Serendipity
  • Dry Docks: Amity Harlow
  • Gaol: Middletown Book, Isaac Everhart

Please note that starting this festival, the town council had a cork board in the back of the tavern with a variety of useful items, including a sign up sheet for these positions. We hope that this will make it easier for citizens who are far from town for much of the time between festivals to take advantage of this opportunity.

Thank you for your time,
Councilor Rukiye Maryam Alize min bayt Amira

OOG note: Advisement that half of the TC members will be at Witchwood this coming weekend and they contain many of the TC members who are frequently active online. PLEASE try not to commit and then uncommit this go round or if you must, do so before Friday. Signed, someone who knows how tired she’ll be on Sunday after staffing WW.

I am happy to work to maintain the gaol, or if that project is already full, on whichever project the Town Council prefers that I work on.

My time is available to continue to maintain the bank vaults as a backup, however, I will defer to anyone who could use the money from doing so more than I.
