The Refurbishment of Our Public Works- Library or the Docks Next?

Good citizens of Port Katherine,

Thank you again for your well-planned refurbishment of the Hospital this past festival. The surgeons are ecstatic and we shall all benefit from the refurbished facilities.

As you know, we have 3 more locations to refurbish, the Library, the Docks and the Festival Cabins. After a careful review of the resources currently available in the town, the Town Council is inclined to refurbish the Library first so that our scholars can best assist the town in information gathering during the war. However, we would like your opinion on whether we should refurbish the Library or the Docks and why we should do so.

It would be my honor to donate what meager amount of lumber I can to the council while the docks are cursed. I do plan on expanding that at some point.

As such it would make sense to me to deal with the library as the war heats up for the safety of our scholars.

I think so long as each season’s ritual is requiring a certain amount of reading to prepare for, being able to do that reading without our eyes crossing is pretty important. I’d say the same about getting ritual components, but it sounds like we have most of those locked down. So I’d agree with library, then docks, then cabins.
