Marinus Repairs and Upgrades Laboratories at extremely competitive rates.
By purchasing this item you may incidentally volunteer to be part of the anti-Julien Jr experimental combat team. Our lab manager told me I have to say something about waivers but I can’t remember what and it didn’t seem important.

Will you also have electricity for sale for the Summer festival in order to charge these devices? And if not, do you know of anyone else who might be selling electricity?
We’ll definitely have enough electricity for sale to cover all these devices.
What’s the going rate for 1 unit of electricity? Or are you including that in the price of the item for the first festival?
We can currently sell electricity from our own reserve for 15, or you can bring your own Capacitance Oil plus a token fee to support battery construction. The devices are rather labor-intensive to produce, so we can’t include the first electricity at that rate.

Incidentally, do the devices wear out after a number of uses, or can I bring this back festival to festival until I defeat the creature?

This is permanent. While calibrated, one electricity grants one festival of crank -> Lightning Strike augment, and no harm done if it can’t be powered.

Additionally, I believe that someone is coordinating handing them out so that they can be calibrated to our use in time for the summer festival.
