- if you have tried to register and it didn’t work, please let us know IMMEDIATELY. We don’t know who this has happened to who hasn’t reported it, but “multiple charges” is a potential symptom of the issues.
- if you tried to register and it didn’t work, DO NOT ATTEMPT IT AGAIN - that is how you’ll get charged multiple times.
- we have been using the same payment processor for years, but this is obviously an issue, and we’re planning to switch. Please bear with us.
