If you have an un-maimable limb, can you select that limb for temp maiming, thereby effectively ignoring the Minor Complication?

Same for:

  • Laryngitis and Voice Box?
  • And Brain Damage, if you’ve already spent all your skills for the day?

Nope, nice try.
(Edge case exception: You may select brain damage if you have spent all of your skills for the day, have 4 unmaimable limbs, and a voice box.)
