Fellow Citizens,
The Town Council would like to remind you that, after our unfortunate loss of Livewell Birkett Lureen at the Festival of Souls, there will be an election this festival to replace him on the Town Council for the remainder of his term (until the normal elections in Fires). We intend to conduct the election just after lunch on the 2nd of Remembrance, assuming no untoward interruptions occur.
