The Kinetic Trap skill says “If you use this skill, you still take damage from the fireball trap as normal, unless you spend an additional Avoid Trap.” Does that mean the only way I can defend that fireball trap is with an additional Avoid Trap, or can I defend it with other methods such as a resist fire or something like that still?
All that’s saying is that the use of Avoid Trap you spend on trapping the fireball cannot also be used to defend yourself from said fireball.
