Our rulebook currently says that the CP spending cap resets on July 1 and January 1. I’m going to revise that first number, though, to August 1, since July is so very close to our summer event (this year and likely, every year thereafter).
You have until August 1 to spend any CP you would like to under the current cycle spending cap, at which point the cycle will reset.
