I know, I know, the subject doesn’t make this look very exciting. I promise it’ll be brief.
I’m closing out the Red Feather Roleplaying fiscal year 2018 this week, and I need to make sure it’s up to date. If you have donated anything from our donation list or in person to Port Katherine, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the receipt or amount you paid, so we can award you CP and get the donation on the financials.
Once the financials are presented to the Board of Directors at the summer board meeting, I’ll be posting them here.

If we had sent them before and already received CP credit do we need to send them again?
Nope, if I gave you CP, it’s in the accounting.
Oh, I resent all of mine anyway. I’m pretty sure all of it except the most recent laundry has been done.
Yeah, and I automatically just awarded you CP for it again. It’s not a big deal - it was a small amount and I feel comfortable calling it an extra award for the laundry/packets.
EVERYONE - PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME YOUR RECEIPTS IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE SO. I’m trying to track down all the people who haven’t sent me these things and been awarded CP already.
If I have donations in progress do you want them for logging, or should we hold off?
