When applying a venom vial (Or other similar weapon call augment) to a weapon, does it take 1 minute to apply, or is it instantaneous? I’ve had other players clarify to me that it takes a minute, but I can’t find anything in the rules about it taking time.

It can vary based on the augment, but if it doesn’t say, it doesn’t have a set amount of time you must wait.
So, for example, applying a venom vial takes as long as it takes you to uncap the bottle, pretend to drip it on your weapon, and recap the bottle (please recap the bottles!).
